Used in conjunction with NWE's Time-of-day rate, an ETS unit (pictured left) heats your home more efficiently and is designed to work complement NWE’s off-peak rate options. With an ETS unit heater, the heating elements are
energized during the low cost off-peak hours, heating your home both at
night and storing enough heat to provide for the next day’s heating
requirements. If you’re using electric heat in your home now, you can
use ETS unit heaters to cut your electric bills dramatically. Electric
heat is competitive with gas so when adding heat to a new or existing home
call NWE for cost estimates. Also, by installing an ETS unit heater anyone
can qualify for cash rebates from NWE. A sample of sizes and pricing
is provided below. |
