The Transparency in Coverage Rule requires health insurers and benefits providers to provide price information to participants in a publicly accessible place. A Rule by the Internal Revenue Service, the Employee Benefits Security Administration, and the Health and Human Services Department on 11/12/2020.  Machine-readable files are a requirement of the Transparency in Coverage Final Rule.
